Talk on Cancer and Fatigue

There will be a talk on  Cancer and Fatigue given by Professor Deirdre Connolly from St James's Hospital from 12.30 - 14.30 in South Circular Road on the 10th July and in Eccles St on the 19th July.  This talk will help provide answers to questions about cancer-related fatigue.  It also offers techniques and day to day considerations to more effectively self-manage the condition after treatment.

Castleknock Community Outreach- Laurel Lodge

Will be taking place on Tuesday the 10th July from 11-12.30.

Roches Confident Appearance 

Roches will be coming into ARC in Eccles St on Thursday the 26th July from 11-1 to give practical advice on how to manage the visible signs of cancer such as hair loss, breast surgery, skin and body changes and also less visible signs such as fatigue, well being and self image.

Combined with Roches personal and professional experience with cancer for over 20 years experience with expertise in holistic self care, wigs and breast care.

Choir practice 

We are excited to announce that ARC Cancer Support Centres have put together a choir called the ARC Angels.

We will be holding our choir practice in St Ann's Church on Dawson St on the 7th August and 21st August from 6.15pm-7.15pm
